About Julie McCoy

Hello and thank you for visiting!

I would like to introduce myself and encourage you to interview me for all of your Real Estate needs. I am a full time agent and specialize in the needs of Bay Area buyer and sellers throughout Contra Costa and Alameda Counties including the cities of Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Clayton, Concord, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Alamo, San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk, Pleasanton, Brentwood and Oakley.

 

Before settling in the Bay Area, I lived in New York City and in Boulder, Colorado. I have a B.A. in Human Communication with an emphasis on negotiation and organizational management, and have had extensive training and experience in business management, marketing and customer service. My hobbies include, working out, hiking, snowboarding, Art/Wine festivals, live music, and spending as much time with my 2 children as I can.

 

My Real Estate experience and training are hands on. While I continue to learn from each transaction, I also regularly attend classes, seminars and meetings so that I am able to remain informed of the constant changes in this very exciting Real Estate industry. 

 

I also hold several designations in an effort to even better serve my clients. 

 

As a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, I am able to assist homeowners who are looking to short-sell in an effort to avoid foreclosure.  It is my goal to help you through these tough times so please contact me and take advantage of my knowledge and expertise.

 

As a QSC, Quality Service Certified, agent, I take pride in knowing that my clients will be surveyed by a 3rd party after the transaction closes.  This gives you the confidence that I stand by my word and it allows you to see what past clients have to say about their experience with me. 

 

I am an ABR, Accredited Buyer's Representative, which gives me extra tools to better serve the buyers I represent. 

 

Holding the SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, designation means that I've had additional training, and am able to better understand the needs of seniors selling and buying in today's market.

 

As an e-Pro, I am equipped with the latest and greatest online knowledge so that together we can be tech-savvy in this very technology -oriented industry.  As your representative, my goal is not only to meet your needs, but to exceed your expectations.

I will discuss what your immediate and long-term needs are, and how I can best meet those needs. I will work hard for you paying close attention to every detail.
